A: The warranty is one year. All our products are strictly tested from the commercial material incoming to shipment and the quality are reliable. However, for oversea orders, as it’s not convenient to return the damaged products, we provide free repairing kit for every inflatable products for customers’ repairing purpose. Normally, the repairing work is very easy.

A: We can offer standard blower according to different country, such as CE etc.
 

Q: What’s the lead time?
A: The lead time depends on the QTY and the time that you place the order. Usually, for 1-3 items, they can be finished within 5-15 working days.
 

Q: Can we get free sample?
A: Material sample is for free, and inflatable product sample need your order. Because we always offer great workmanship and the best commercial materials, the cost is too high for us, but we will offer discount once you place quantity order.
